Course objectives
After the training you can:
- apply modern project management in the realization and closure phases
- use the key areas of project execution
- communicate effectively both with the project environment and within the project, e.g. holding energizing and structured meetings
- lead in uncertainty, manage deviations and changes
- manage delivery and initial utilization
- finish the project and perform lessons learned
Format
During the training, lectures, exercises, skills training, role play, discussion and reflection are used to support learning. We use situations from the participants’ projects throughout.
Prior knowledge
We recommend that you have taken our course Applied Project Management or equivalent basic training, preferably with a few years of experience in project work.
Target group
The course is aimed at those who have some experience of project work, such as project managers, sub-project managers and line managers
Scope
3 hours pre-work, three training days, 8 hours followupwork and a final booster session of about two hours, totally 29 hours.

For PMI, this course gives Contact hours as well as PDU credits.
