The person responsible for delivering the results of the task.

  • Reviews the purpose, background and other conditions relating to the task.
  • Clarifies and agrees objectives, time and resource limits with the task sponsor.
  • Plans the task.
  • Carries out the work.
  • Makes necessary corrections.
  • Delivers the results, obtains approval from, and transfers responsibilities to the task sponsor.
  • Documents deviations, if any, and noteworthy lessons learned.
