Task workflow

Tasks are simple activities of smaller extent with low uncertainty and little need for coordination. The need (rationale) for the task is clear and there is no need for reconsideration during the task.

The ways of working can be inspired by the project format but is more informal than those of projects and assignments. Often one person carries out much of the work alone.

Gate decisions are not required.
