How do you drive the project to completion?In the realization phase, you need to be able to handle both the task, project team and the individuals in order to achieve the desired results and good effects. This in a changing environment that affects the project. The closure phase is a small phase with a big impact. It provides an opportunity for a good handover, continued maintenance of the result and an opportunity to reflect before moving on to the next work
