Applied Project Management step 2

Applied Project Management step 2

Focus on the execution and completion of projects.

Many of the tools in project management theory are supposed to ensure an effective project start – but then what? How do you drive the project to completion?

In the realization phase, you are expected to be able to handle the task as well as the project team and the individuals. All this is in an environment that affects the project.
