Most communication happens between co-workers and with various stakeholders. However, you often also need different kinds of meetings.
Everyone probably has both positive and negative experiences from meetings. Why do they work so well some of the time but so badly and without energy some of the time?
It’s not just the leader who is responsible for the quality of meetings. Everyone is responsible. Participants should be well-prepared and contribute actively.
Focus
In this workshop, we will be focusing on meetings as a platform for communication.
As a participant, you will be provided with simple tools and methods to improve your meetings.
We also want to inspire you and enable you to reflect on the situation in a way that makes you want to develop in the facilitator role.
Time
2-3 hours. Morning, afternoon, or after work. You decide what is appropriate for you.
Number of participants
10-40 people. Ideally 15 people.
