Do agile principles always work?

Are agile practices just a buzzword from the IT industry?
Working gradually sounds good, but how do you prioritise?
What’s wrong with tried and tested project governance and why doesn’t it work anymore?
I’m curious about how Agile can be used in my project?

In the recent 15 years, Scrum, Lean, and other agile approaches have proven themselves to be successful. As the name Agile suggests, this is all about getting results quickly when you face demands on being agile and flexible.
It’s not a method for development. Rather, it’s an approach; a set of values, attitudes and principles.
More and more people are curious about agile methods and they are quickly gaining ground in all kinds of projects. However, there are pitfalls! You need to think about what’s appropriate for your project’s unique conditions and how it should be integrated into your current project model.
