A complete project management training.

The Project Management Education Program combines project methodology and leadership training. To develop leadership and communication skills, an integral part of the training is group exercises, roleplaying and individual exercises.
The extended training period provides an opportunity not only to learn and apply new skills but to establish new behaviours that will have a long-lasting effect.
Training over a longer period of time will provide you with the opportunity to develop your influencing skills, boost your confidence and broaden your experience more effectively.


The project management education program provides you with the methods, tools and experience you will need to manage the situations and challenges any project may face, including how to create a realistic project plan, how to engage your sponsor and project members, how to focus your team on your goals and how to manage conflict during project meetings.

Training is provided in four modules over five months. During the period between modules you will apply your new skills and behaviours by using tools and techniques in your business/working environment. Assignments are defined, performed and tracked throughout the practise period.
The training is combining theory and practice with dialogue. The exchange of participants’ experiences and reflections is a significant part of this training. As a participant, you will have many opportunities to discuss relevant issues and how they relate to your organization.
Group exercises involve actual cases and you are invited to bring your own real projects to the course.

Current or future project managers and project members, subproject managers, line managers and others working in a project environment.


Ten days over five months (four modules, 3+2+2+3 days). Maximum 12 participants.
Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
