At Wenell, Therese focuses on training of project groups and project managers. This means that she is responsible for carrying out open courses. She is also responsible for client specific assignments, such as personal support and client customized educations. Therese has a multifaceted knowledge base and lectures both in traditional project methods and Agile methods. She also provides guidance before PMI® PMP® certification.
By providing participants with tools, models, advice, and cases from real life, she makes it possible for clients to plan, run, and complete projects and get the results and quality they need. Therese is motivated by sharing her experiences and her multifaceted knowledge to enable others to grow and develop in their work on project management.
Therese is a former Systems analyst and has for more than 15 years worked in the IT industry on the entire chain from programming, system requirements, and feasibility studies to presentations, training, and project management.
For about 10 years, Therese worked as a consultant for the public sector, where she was responsible for clients for many municipalities.
