Annakarin has many years of experience training people in project management and coaches/guides project managers, project sponsors, steering groups, and other roles in the project organisation, enabling them to develop and improve in their projects. She is passionate about passing down the knowledge and experience she has obtained from her years as project manager/leader to develop and coach our clients’ employees.

Background

Annakarin is a system analyst with many years of experience in business development, project management, IT operations, and development in the public sector and in the business world. Aiming to develop the organisation’s project maturity and enabling active portfolio management, she has led project offices in project intense operations focusing on implementation and customizing project models.

With her background as a project manager, business developer and quality manager, Annakarin has experience in process management and the relation between business processes and management models. She is a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and participates in the international work on ISO standardisation in projects, programmes, and portfolio control.
