An exciting collaboration with new perspectives on learning and effects.
Background
It has been a long time focus for Scania to develop their project managers. A career path for project managers has been defined. Wenell has been entrusted to develop and implement customized programs for three different groups of project managers.
Time frame
The current collaboration started with the ”Advanced Project Management” course in 2014.
In 2015, the program ”Project Management for Assignment Leaders” was added and in 2016, a third course: ”Project Management for Object Leaders”.
Our contribution
Design and implementation of the three different customised educational programmes.
Project Management for Assignment Leaders
A program featuring six course days during a two month period and a subsequent exercise period during a five month period. The course participants’ bosses are also involved in the programme and are coached by Wenell simultaneously as the course progresses. System support is used to support participant practice.
Project Management for Object Leaders
A program featuring 6.5 days during a three month period and a subsequent exercise period during a five month period. The course participants’ project managers are also involved in the programme and are coached by Wenell simultaneously as the course progresses. System support is used to support participant practice.
Advanced Project Management
A program featuring 11 course days during a 6 month period with a lot of work between the course days. Participants are also coached in the period between course sessions.
